Biography
Dr. Roberts currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Advancement and Alumni Engagement at Michigan Technological University. Bill is entering into his 14th year at Michigan Tech and currently oversees operations, planning and budgeting for both the fundraising and alumni initiatives at Michigan Technological University. Prior to Bill’s work in Advancement and Alumni, he held several positions in both Admissions and Financial Aid offices at Michigan Tech. He was the Director of Financial Aid, Senior Associate Director of Financial Aid, Associate Director of Admissions and Campus Visit Coordinator. Bill has a BS in Public Administration and Master’s degree in Public Administration both from Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan. Additionally, Dr. Roberts holds a PhD in Higher Education Leadership from Colorado State University in Fort Collins Colorado. Bill is currently a member of CASE and has been a member of NASFAA, MASFAA, MSFAA, MACRO, NASPA and NACAC.
